I can't help you with:
I am not the best match to help you recover from drugs and alcohol or borderline personality disorder. If these are your main concerns, I suggest local support groups or a psychologist specialising in BPD.

I offer a safe and confidential space where we can work together to explore any issues, anxieties or stresses in your life, desires for change and challenges in your way. Often people seek counselling or coaching for a specific reason, however it does not have to be related to any major life event. Although I take a holistic, person-centred approach to counselling, honouring the mind, body and spirit connection, we work with your personal beliefs, values and goals to explore your inner truth and wisdom.
